VISION

Guardian ad Litem (GAL) will continue to be a powerful and effective voice advocating for the best interests of Florida’s abused, abandoned and neglected children and be recognized and respected as a partnership of community advocates and professional staff. To the fullest extent possible, this vision will be realized through volunteers who will advocate as Guardians ad Litem for the children they serve.

Our goal is to help children find their way to a safe, loving and permanent home and provide necessary resources for normalcy that are not met by any other source during the process. You can learn how to volunteer for Guardian ad Litem and start helping vulnerable children in your community. Volunteer Child Advocates speak on behalf of children who have experienced abuse, abandonment, and neglect.
